I was very apprehensive before my appointment, when Marie arrived at my home she was extremely friendly and professional which put me at ease. A full explanation of the procedure and equipment was very thorough with demonstration, I felt very confident I would be able to cope with this treatment. Marie was very understanding and listened to my concerns and helped me when I needed help, she also explained how, where and when I would need to order more supplies writing down the instructions for me. I couldn't have wished for a nicer, friendlier and knowledgeable lady to help me with my personal problem. Thank you very much Marie Riding.

The advice given by nurse Marie Riding- introduced very kindly by Gerry of Fittleworth - was simply outstanding and enormously helpful in circumstances when the urology department of one of the leading hospitals in London had sadly simply not provided anything. Marie offered an explanation and a solution which she volunteered to pro-actively research and source herself, while seemingly actually on holiday, and provided huge re-assurance to me as the patient. I have to say that this was absolutely outstanding service, way beyond any normal expectation, and way beyond any call of duty. My huge thanks and I cannot compliment it and Marie and Fittleworth more highly. This is the NHS at its very best.

Marie has been supporting me for a long while now, I always feel at ease when talking to her. She explains everything to me so I understand it fully. As we are talking about continence issues they are not the best subject but I never feel I can’t share anything with her I feel very relaxed and calm.

Jackie Parker What a find! We found Jackie as a suitable replacement for Urinary advice and support. From the start she was most concerned about my husband's welfare and quietly determined to find a solution that would enable him to succeed throughout the process. She showed an open mind and unlimited patience from the start. Her integrity inspired confidence. Her patience and most professional attitude has found us in a much better situation to continue to live our lives fully and with confidence. We found her to be a credit her profession and will forever be grateful we found her.
